Okay, BT is getting big.  And I know several people that don't want everyone reading their blog...and in some cases they don't want CERTAIN PEOPLE reading their blog but would still like to keep it open to the general public for random inspires, etc.

How hard would it be to add a "blocked users" thing to the control panel?  I envision it being similar to friends...just in this case it would be a list of people you do not want to be able to see your blog....

I'm not a fan of "Black lists" for blogs as they really aren't very effective. They just encourage people to create throwaway accounts.

Blocked from a specific blog? Register for a throwaway Yahoo email address, create a new BT account with it and the block is defeated. Repeat ad nauseum.

I thought of that...but also thought that maybe it wouldn't be obvious to the blocked user that it was just THEIR login that was blocked....they would maybe think everyone was?

Well NOT NOW THEY DON'T.

"Security by Obscurity" is generally pretty weak. I'm doing some research/reading about this to see what some of the big-brain security types have to say about it.
