Subject: Final Five Challange I am sure we all have "Season" weight goals. I am soooo close to mine. problem is, those final 5-6-7 lbs are the HARDEST to lose. Really, if you want to get rid of those final few, you either need to be doing a ton of hours/week, or no more diet slips (at least, for me, YMMV) for me, my diet needs to be near perfect to lose the last few. it helps when I know I'm going to hvae to post my weight each week. So, starting March 1, anyone who is 5 lbs, give or take (I'm about 7-8 lbs away) from their "season" weight goal, step up to this challange. I'll keep track of everyones starting weight and post an update every week. Rules? none. just lose the weight. Eat as much sugar as you want. Pizza tempting you, go ahead and chow down. Deep fried oreo's with calling your name after a night of drinking, plug in that fryer....not sure you will reach your goal, but no rules to worry about. If you eat a snickers bar and still hit your goal first, you are the winner. Incentive? Bragging rights for being the first one to hit it out of the group to reach the goal. If no one accepts this challange, feel free to keep tabs on me and bust my balls if I screw up. Have a great weekend! |
