Subject: First Sprint Tri in 8 days! : )I am feeling more and more ready for my first tri! I am planning to get to the event an hour early. I'm not too stressed about transitions, b/c this is my first race, and I plan to look at it as a learning experience. I am curious, though...what do you do to warm up? I feel better the more warm I am (don't we all? ), but I don't want to overdo a warmup, either. Just wondering if anyone has some good advice. Thanks!!! |
