Chicagoans!!! Sheridan Road Time trial series

So I spend a lot of time on Sheridan road and yesterday I realized how awesome it would be to have a time trial series on the new section of sheridan road. How would one go about pitching the idea to some of the bigger shops in the area. Do any of you think it would be a good idea? I think it would be awesome to have a local time trial series. It would sure beat driving three hours to do it. Let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I was also thinking that once I get some better ideas I would bring it up to Turin and see what they say.. I am usually in there two to three times a week. Thanks a lot
