Might have been addressed already, but no-can-do.
My sister PR'd her half marathon today and I want to reply and congratulate her!

Am I missing HOW to do this? There are no other comments I'm seeing on race reports I'm viewing and no button to click to add my own comment...I'm on IE8

Weird - when you pull up a race report through the search function, there doesn't appear to be a way to add a comment, but when you go through the forum to get to race reports, there they are (and the ability for me to add a comment)!
