I had a one mile TT this morning at 5:30. Dropped nine seconds from my previous a month ago, and this was in significantly worse conditions, so I'm pretty excited.

Took the day off from the bike and run because my swim was so blah yesterday. Seemed to help. I cranked out 11 x 200 meters on 5 minute intervals. For about the first half I tried to tweak my stroke a bit on the advice of our coach and tried to bilateral breathe. After that all bets were off. And my streak continues with my 2 minute plank each morning.
