Subject: RE: What is your Bike to Run training Ratio? I am interested in what others are doing. Myself, I hate running, and my training (and my races ) show it. I usually do about 10 bike miles per run mile. I'm usually pretty close to 1 swim mile per run mile. My goal each month is 10000 yards swimming, 100 miles biking, and 10 miles running. Due to weather around here, I am usually able to make my goal 7 or 8 months out of the year.
In the last month I have decided that my run training was absolute garbage so I started over. I reloaded a Couch to 5k app on my phone, and started doing those workouts. I did skip the first week or so.
