Sneaky Slow  8694       Herndon, VA, |  Subject: VAMDBTTC Walking Wounded - Giant AcornShelly and I were talking this morning about Slake's surgery, and thought it would be fun to have all the injured/surgerized/infected VAMDBTTCers make their triumphant return at Giant Acorn. Thought we might rent a house and do a weekend like we did at Kinetic last year/Rumpass this year... the non-injured can JS the injured. Or they can race, of course, if they like. We'll do a post-race picture with the patients. People we had in mind... NL - Achilles surgery slake - back surgery turtle - shoulder surgery BITM - knee surgery dck - MRSA, nasty old bike crash I apologize if I missed anyone, but there have been so many of us laid up this year!! Getting back in running shape will be pretty tough since I have not even started yet. Also, since it is a Saturday Stas will likely have a football game the night before, so I would not be able to make it down to the house til late that night. I guess Z has counted me in; I'll have to find a way to make it work.
