Nice.

It was an easy morning for me with just 40min of yoga. Still really new to it, but it's a nice change from pounding the streets or the pedals.

Yoga eh?  I did it for a little bit while I was swimming as part of training, and I loved it!  Maybe I should start doing it again..

Regardless, on tap for today:

35-40 Min. Run w/ 10 min. Tempo

45-50 Min. Trainer Ride --> Spinervals time saver + Warm up/Cool Down: Sprint Workout!  Wahoo Intervals!

Killer workout on the bowflex right after work. The only thing better than working out at home with satellite radio blasting?  Working out at home with satellite radio blasting with a really nice glass of Red Wine!!! Have a great weekend everyone! Rahrrrrr!!!!!

30 minutes done. Upper body workout - weights/pushups/core. Also 100 crunches.

Now - garlic prawns, a french baguette, and Sumac Ridge Merlot Cabernet....

So....home from 2 drinks at the pub, after work!  A not so bad 30 min ab workout!  Chris(Haz) is making a chicken salad......I'm famished!

35 uber brisk walk with the dog.  Took a good hilly route that left me nice and sweaty by the end.  Five minutes faster than I've ever done it before because I was trucking.
