E-motion Rollers.

They are meant to be dummy proof, although I think they are still tough to ride. They give you a great ride and teach you how to handle a bike and pedal smooth.

I have the Fluid 2 and it is awesome. I have trouble getting motivated to ride on a trainer but this one is quiet, smooth, and I feel it will last a long time!

x2 I have the CycleOps Fluid 2 as well. The price point was great as well. ~$250 for the trainer and other accessories out the door for me.
