Welcome back, Haz and Kari!

I am VERY proud to say that I got off my lazy and actually went to the gym today.  That's right, I lifted weights - albeit light ones - but I lifted.  About 40' lifting, 10' warmup on the bike.  Will also walk Angus for about an hour in about an hour.

Attempted a run but aborted due to foot pain.  It's from tying my new shoes too tight and will go away in a couple days. No worries.

Jumped on the trainer for 30 minutes, forced myself to keep on going to 45 minutes, thought about Peby, and did 48 minutes. Yay me.

Hey Paul - have you ever stayed at the Burrowing Owl?  I'm looking for something different to do on New Year's Eve this year.

Sorry Barb, my wife would disapprove.

No, have not stayed there but have been there many times and it's a beautiful place! Although obviously more enjoyable in the summer.

Another suggestion would be Nkmip resort in Osoyoos. I think it's less expensive than BO and just as enjoyable.
