Subject: New Cool Headphones

Ok.....My intent is NOT to produce a debate about whether or not you should listen to music while cycling, BUT I saw this write up today and thought they were a cool idea.  Could be good for cycling or running.  Click this link, http://www.fatcyclist.com:80/  and scroll down to where is says "The Magic Part: Arriva Headphones"

I'd be leary about my iPod hanging off the back....I didn't actually look at the link but were they maybe gearing it towards mtn bikers who have a little less to worry about in terms of hearing on the trails?

I recognize that riding on public streets with headphones isn't safe, but I really love it. On a long solo ride, music can keep you from going crazy and riding off a cliff just for the variety.

Nah, if you look at it, there's a plastic piece that the clippy doodad goes around.

I like it. I'd probably clip wires so the left earbud is dead or something like that, but that is cool!

They would have to be water proof.  Hanging so close o the back of the neck where people tend to sweat a lot is not very good design, unless its water proof.  Is see the Ipod burning out very quickly..    But the idea is good...
