Subject: Toe blisters solved - toe socks rule!!I have always had an issue with toe blisters while training, and I decided to try toe socks recently...not a single blister since!! They feel kind of funky at first, but I actually think it helps me run better, as I "feel" my feet in the shoes and get a better feel for how my feet are hitting the ground...that part could just be in my head though. No blisters is for real though. Now that said, I probably wouldn't wear them racing, as they take some time to get on correctly, but I'll worry about any blisters I get AFTER the race.  |
