Subject: My Reports - Frequency - Error loading data
Hi,

I'm getting an error when loading "Weekly" -> "Frequency" in the My Reports. Monthly Frequency also does not seem to work.
But Yearly Frequency works.

Error = "Error in loading data"

I'm not a performance member right now.

thanks,

I'm in your account and I can't replicate this.  Can you give me the date ranges for the week and month frequency reports you are trying to generate?

Hi Ron,

Thanks for your help.

Any date range. Here is an example.

From: 06/01/2013 to 12/13/2013
Time Periods**: "Weekly"
Values: "Frequency"

I have attached a picture of this.

** Monthly gives the same result.

Could it be because you have administrator access that you are not able to see this?

- Browser: Chrome, Internet Explorer

Can anyone else verify if they see this error?

This is fixed!  You may have to clear your browsers temporary internet files and cookies for it to pick up the fix.

Give it a try and let me know.
