Subject: 6.2.16 Thursday Training!I am so confused--I posted the thread at the usual time this morning and just happened to have some desk time and though I'd see what everyone was up to and there is no thread! I must not have hit submit! Anyway... 4:30am: 50 minutes upper body strength 5:30am: Took Ruby off the trainer, switched to race wheels, cleaned her up a bit! I'm heading out to a safe section of road to ride after school so I can check gearing, etc. make sure all is good to go for my race Saturday! After a short ride I'll also do a short run. Lake...I am ready! I am so excited, I'm doing an Oly--I predict my swim will be slow and steady, my bike split stellar, and sub 60 min 10K--these are the goals! Have a great day! |
