Subject: RE: 12.10.16 Super Saturday!Been awhile since I have logged in. Today was my first real workout in weeks. Went for indoor training ride, had difficulty keeping cadence and power levels, had to drop after 30 minutes. My heartrate was cooked. 3.5 mile 5k, little better at 9:40 pace, still elevated heartrate. 170-180 ugh. Swim practice, 10x25, 8x50, 4x100, 200 kick, fast 50 (42sec), fast 100 (1:38), with some easy drills, warm up, cool down, etc. Felt good to get back in the game. Had not swam since oct29, had not been on the bike for at least 3-4 weeks, and last run was nov19. Time to start thinking about the 2017 season. Already got some good choices cooking  |
