Subject: Workout - I can't decide

So I need some BT advice.  The calfs are sore from yesterday and I am pretty tired.  I really want to get a workout in this evening.  I cant decide, 6mi run nice and slow or a slow bike ride????  Pool tomorrow for sure, Bike for sure tomorrow. 

Help, I am brain fried and can't decide.

It sounds like a rest day is order....you seem pretty exhausted both physically and mentally.

If anything, go with the easy bike... congrats on your race yesterday - looks like you made the best of bad conditions.
