Quick question. I have a sprint race on Sunday and today I got an email stating that the bike course has changed. Is it ok to ride the course the day prior or will it hurt perfromance?

If you are concerned about doing too much before the race, you can always just drive it.  Sometimes I will drive a course, sometimes I just familiarize myself with the route on paper, sometimes I just go blind and trust that they mark the course well!

It is a pictur of a small dog in the butt of a bigger dog. The caption reads, "Can you hear me now." Thought it was funny!
