Comments: The roads were snowy for a little less than half the course making traction a little twitchy. What would you do differently?: Not be sick for 2 weeks before the race. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Hung out with Dudley (Dexter here on BT). What limited your ability to perform faster: Being sick for the 2 weeks prior to the race. Excess weight (9lbs) Little to no training in the weeks preceding. I decided to do this the night before. Last updated: 2005-12-03 12:00 AM
