In looking over the list of 'sports' to add to work out sessions...

I've seen some debatable choices. So what constitutes a workout? Where do we draw the line?

What started in the training logs as 'Sports' has evolved into 'Sports/Activity'.

For someone recovering from surgery or a serious medical condition some of those 'debatable' choices can involve a serious level of effort and definitely constitute a workout. Also, maybe some people are just using this to see how much time they actually spend on those things.

What's worth tracking for some won't be worth tracking for others. Some may be debatable for you, but they're entirely valid for someone else.

Thanks Mike. Yeah, I see meditation, physical therapy... the recouperation stuff.

....guess it would be interesting to see how much of anything one does.

If housework was on there, I think it would scare me how much time I actually put into it! ha ha!

In our house housework constitutes running up and down 3 flights of stairs while doing specific tasks on each level.  I think that is a workout in and of itself! Sometimes it's running to the top level to grab a basket of laundry and then to the bottom level to put it in the wash and take out the clothes in the dryer and run those to the middle level to fold.  When the dryer buzzes you start the process all over again!

I hear ya Bambam. Same here. Laundry in basement - I do laundry nearly everyday. The worst is vacuuming for me. The dang thing weighs like 40 lbs so up and down the stairs is pretty tiring.

There has been a study (by women) that housework decreases womens chance of breast cancer 30% b4 menopause and 20% after, so keep it up ladies.

Bet those percentages INCREASE when there's a 'pitch in for the team' effort from all those living in a household...kids and husbands cleaning, scrubbing, cooking.
