Subject: Question??? TriBC membership.

Hello everyone. 

I have purchased a online membership for 2008.I was wondering how I go about geting my membership number so I can start to enter races.Is it the transaction number that shows up on the form?I have e-mailedtribc but have not heard back.

Pleae help if you know.

They way it worked for me was I mailed them my picture and they mailed the card w/ the # on it. I tried asking them for my TriBC member # but never heard back from them either.  How long ago did you fill out the form / e-mail them, keep in mind they are going to be pretty swamped with all the new and return memberships to process. Hope you get it soon, what's your first race?

I signed up 2 days ago.The whole idea of me using an online application was to get my number asap.I would like to sign up for a few tri's most are cheaper with membership. AARGGH.............

I'd say give em a few days, they were good about getting my number to me when I first signed up. Like Haz said, they're probably pretty crazy right now with people getting new memberships or re-newing.

Okay...how do you catch an elephant?

First, did a big hole, a real big hole.  Fill it with ash and put a handfull of peanuts on the top and go hide in some nearby bushes. Next when the elephant wanders by, he'll naturally want a peanut.  When he reaches in to get a peanut, run out from the bush and kick the elephant in the ash hole!!!  You got him!!!  Taa da!

As for the triBc number...I think you can use your transaction number until you get your card.  I did that last year when I signed up for the New Balance Half and there weren't any problems.  TriBc was pretty quick to send out my card too.
