looks GREAT Jeni!  Looking forward to our 3 weeks in the sun next month!!! (won't get any riding in I am sure though - but plan to run/swim - our hotel that we are staying at for half of it has an outdoor lap pool!)

I did a 22 minute run (actually my longest pain free run since injuries began at the beginning of July!) and 1 hour personal training session today.

Oooo Purdy pictures!

2:14 ride around Victoria!  Little chilly, but overall good weather conditions!

40:00 run around Mundy Park.  I did the same run I always do, but in reverse...and it KILLED me.

Admittedly, I am still stick...and haven't eaten a lot today...either (or both) of those could be factors...

Returned the rented bike after a 1 hour ride up mom's local "hill"  riding at her pace we got to the top and I aske "was that it?  I didn't get out of my rest zone." It's a 3 mile slow gradual incline with lots of flat sections and a couple very short steep 7% sections. Then I made her do hill repeats on the last steaper 200m section. She didn't like me so much afterwards.

Then went running with my sister who is the opposite of a born runner but wants to attempt to improve her 1 mile time in PE.  She didn't like me so much afterwards.....

Having taken the fun out of running and cycling for my family, I escape and head to San Francisco now for my conference.

Did a half azzed trainer ride for an hour...planned on riding, making dinner, doing abs, then riding for another hour. Nope. Laid down on the couch and watched a really lame movie.
