Subject: RE: Nov. Challenge 11-23-08Ohhh those crazy San Fran hills! I swam for an hour at 11 today while coaching Lifesaving Sport. Did it all pull since I can barely move my right leg. I'm hittin the Doc's office first thing tomorrow before class since I am fairly certain I've got minor to moderate muscle micro-tears. The pain is absolutely ridiculous, unlike anything I've ever felt in my legs. I've been RICE-ing it up (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) so hopefully I can speed up my recovery. I'm guessing the doc will tell me 2 weeks off AT LEAST, so I will be swimming every day (and maybe water running if I'm allowed). It looks like biking and running will be off.
