Working on report cards all day but we took the dogs out for a long bike in the hills for an hour and a half. I am hoping to get on the trainer later today but if not, the hiking was my exercise for the day.

30 min swim today...I even got run over by a 12 year old!!  I think the EXCUSE ME! got him and his Dad's attention!!  He stayed away from me after that point.  Now it's off to work!

Well the dangers of having 2 people on the BT!!  My post was actually posted under Haz's so really he swam too but didn't get run over!  So his post is really my post for a 30 min swim!!  And yes it's usually Haz off to work but it's really me, this time!!

Thank god it's Sunday and Monday is tomorrow....

25 minute run in Sunny Warm South San Francisco.  I'm exhausted after the conference but I figured it was my last chance to run in shorts and a tee shirt for a while.  Dam san francisco has a lot of hills!

Ohhh those crazy San Fran hills!

I swam for an hour at 11 today while coaching Lifesaving Sport.  Did it all pull since I can barely move my right leg.

I'm hittin the Doc's office first thing tomorrow before class since I am fairly certain I've got minor to moderate muscle micro-tears.  The pain is absolutely ridiculous, unlike anything I've ever felt in my legs.  I've been RICE-ing it up (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) so hopefully I can speed up my recovery.

I'm guessing the doc will tell me 2 weeks off AT LEAST, so I will be swimming every day (and maybe water running if I'm allowed).  It looks like biking and running will be off.

Hopefully things will heal quick for you. At least this happened in the off-season, right! And make sure you make it heal now, otherwise you'll pay for it later. Let me know what the doc says.
