Hi I've just joined as a silver level and I'm unfamiliar with the interface. I've imported a 16 week olympic run focused plan. The general info has loaded into the calender, but I cannot get any detail about the sessions only time. I have looked at the planned blog but again only get the time and no detail about the session.Does anyone know how to get the detailed view, or is there none for this plan. Thanks for any help

That is a 'bronze' plan you imported that has minutes-only.  Make sure that when you are in the 'Programs' page, that you look at and select the Available for: Silver members' plans.

Cindy, I see the Olympic, Basic 12 Week - HR Zone Based plan, with details, in your Planned Log starting on June 7. Is this what you intended to import?

See 'viewing and printing your training plan' - you may not be in the right page.

I'm having a similar problem with my 8 week Olympic plan for Silver members. I only see time in the views. How can I change that so I can see distances as well?

That's a time based plan, as are most of our training plans. It doesn't contain distances for swim and bike workouts.   Note that the workouts also specify the effort level along with the time.

This is because from the perspective of your body, distance is subjective. Was it hilly? What was the weather like? Windy? Which direction?

Time on the other hand, is objective, when paired with level of effort. 45 minutes in Zone 2 is the same no matter what the terrain or the weather.

Gotcha. Thanks.
