Comments: Kept my HR at 180 during the race. Pushed, but had enough at the end to continue at same pace. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Walked, stretched, drank my endurox r4, then went to receive my award at the local pub. What limited your ability to perform faster: Fear of not having enough for the finish. I think I could boost it up just a tad. Event comments: I cut two minutes and 20 seconds off of last years race. YAHOOOOO!!!!!! Last updated: 2004-05-29 12:00 AM
