On a different note, the IT band on my left knee is "sore"...it doesn't hurt, necessarily, but I can "feel" it...kind of weird, but also worrisome because it's the IT band I've torn twice. I'm hoping that the rest day tomorrow and the swim day Thursday will give it plenty of time to rest, then I'm going to switch up my training so that I have more rest in between leg-based workouts. |
