So now I'm running 5x5, adding strength training 4 days a week & riding 1 day a wk.  I'll still update my mileage once a wk on 5x5 post! Keep it up everyone! ?? I'm in the turkey challenge too. In addition to the 5 days of running, I'm trying to put 3 days a week down for core or strength and then also get some bike miles. This is great because it's keeping me on task for my 50k training but more importantly, I'm doing everything in my power to get to 1000 running miles this year. So far, I'm 4 for 4 days of running this week (While my calendar is M-Sun, I'm going to use Sun-Sat for this challenge). Tomorrow will be a rest day so I can go long on Friday. This challenge is tough those. Both Monday and Tues I was feeling sick but I made myself go out there for those miles. I was slow and ez but I got them in. Edited by Pink Socks 2012-11-07 6:28 PM
