Subject: January MultiSport ChallengeAfter Nov's successful Challenge, Dec was thus far a slight let down in total workouts. Here is my plan to get the workouts back in for the New Year. The goal is to get workouts in that consist of at least two of the three components of our beloved sport of triathlon. Since I can't always commit the multiple sports at one time in the day, I will count a session as long as the are in the same day. For example if I swim in the morning before work and then run during lunch I will count this session. If there is anybody interested in joining me then post. If there are enough challengers then we will spilt into teams. The gaol will be total days in Jan that you plan on MultiSport workouts. I am not setting any time restraints, but if you don't feel it would be worth counting as a workout then please but a little more time in. |
