So if you didn't know, crazypop, couch_potato_no_more, and I were going to try and meet up today in langley for a ride.  Unfortunatly Couch_ had to take her son to the doctors today so wouldn't be able to give me a lift and I couldn't borrow my friends car so the ride was called off.

Couch_ was able to come out for a short ride in the morning so we decided to go to Stanley park and the first thing I tell her is that I was kind of glad we couldn't meet up with Crazypop cause my KrazyLegs are darn tired!!

nice day, nice ride right? well on our ride I get a flat in Stanley Park.  No problem, we'll just change it!

Spare tube #3) A friend's spare tube was too short so we couldn't even get the pumps on to blow it up

and we're out of spare tubes!! Couch_ has to head home to make it to the docs.  I start walking, and my other friend who was with us high tails it to the nearest bike shop to buy another tube! A nice guy in a truck gives me a lift out the park and we catch my friend on the way back to me from the bike shop.

Finally I just give up and walk pathetically the few more blocks back to the bike shop and actually get the 5th tube to work.....

If that's not Karma for missing our ride with Crazypop and payback for me being kinda thankful about it, I don't know what is!!
