well... [cough] ahem.. um....  [shifts nervously].....

My only dispute with sending 4 emails is not only seems like canvassing, but they are going to talk to eachother, and you may come off like you think they are different companies (even though you have the company name, etc.)  If proper grammar is important, Messrs. is the one in the books.

Why are you sending to all 4?  I know they are all hiring managers, but surely if they like your resume they will circulate it.

I think it depends on the job you are looking for...

Unless you just mean to correct it from "good" to "great"?

I agree with send different emails.  So what if they talk, that's good.  There is nothing wrong with putting your resume out there to different managers of the company.  They arent going to think you are canvassing the company, they're going to think you want a job, which is good!!

After my interviews, I would always send a separate letter to each individual who interviewed me, thanking them for their time, etc.  Same principle for you.

Honestly, I don't see a problem at all sending each manager a separate email... I think it's fine.

Put the salutation however you like.  Print out this thread and enclose it with the resumes.  This will show that you do the research necessary to succeed at the company, and you are bound to get the job.  It will also show that you are a "team player" and seek advice when necessary.

Oh, and also print that thread out from today, you know, the one where you said how your boss was always pi$$ed at you.
