Subject: RE: Help..I need anti motivationTake it off. It's hard I know. Sometimes I have went for an extra workout on my off day only to then push in an unplanned rest day a few days later. I am for the at least one rest day a week program, and may be leaning to 2 rest days as my workout volumes is steadily increasing. Yikes!
PS. make it a stretch day, or learn more about tri day by reading or something, helps keep me excited while resting the body. |
