I'm glad I participated in this Virtual 5K. I did not know Christine, but it made me feel like I was doing something good to do this race. I hope that the memory of Christine will become a positive for everyone that knew her, though it is so very sad now :( And I think Christine gave me a kick in the a$$ because I PR'd by 2 seconds.

Maybe sounds crazy...but I felt this weird feeling that I wasn't alone for just a few seconds and felt like someone said to me "Colorado is beautiful." Why that statement...I have no idea. Yeah, it does sound crazy, but it was still really cool.
