Nope.  The bigger bike shops tend to carry some tri gear though.

Richardson Bike Mart (bike store as the name implies) & Plano Cycling & Fitness both carry tri gear.  RBM more so than Plano C&F.  I saw a new one this weekend CJ Sports in McKinney that has a small amount of tri stuff.

With the ever-growing tri community we have here in North Texas, it seems someone could do well opening a tri store.  Of course, that would be much more fun than what I currently do, but with the economy the way it is, retail is pretty risky.

FWIW, the Luke's Locker here in Colleyville has a small section of tri stuff.
