The damn shoes need to come with instructions.  How the %$%&^^&^ do I unclip them from my pedals.  They are Shimano  TR30.

You should just be able to just twist your heel out.

Don't feel bad. Jerry didn't ask that question until he fell down 4 times.

Just twist your heel out, or in other words, rotate your foot like the ball of your foot is on a swivel and swivel your heel outwards.

If you fall over, your feet should come out.

Point of fact I only fell THREE (3) III times!  And I fell months after I actually knew how to unclip (or does that make me sound even sillier?)

Jerry, I would have stayed with the assumtion that you didn't know. And I didn't want clips for the same reason but now that I have 'em I can't ride without. But I have had two 0mph crashes now.

There is nothing like have an older lady in a Caddy asking if you need help after falling at a stoplight. It happens to all of us.

Mine actually doesn't. I tend to end up turtled more times than not.... (I haven't fallen road biking lately, but when I fall of my mountain bike I end up still clipped in sometimes.

I fell over and then had to figure out how to get my feet out while on my side. My pedals don't let go for nothing.

you can actually adjust that.  you probably have them too tight.

I had them loose to start with and then when I pulled up they came out so adjusted and now I think they are too tight.

What do you mean you don't just wear them around. I wear mine all the time. They make me feel like a tap dancer. MM I think you should try it.

If the Big Ox had them any looser I think they would unscew themselves and run away. Have you seen how much pressure he puts on those things? To many "deserts" after dinner.

My first 0mph crash, I took out the other two people waiting next to me. So technically I got three at once right? It was at a busy intersection and I'm sure about 100 people watched it happen.

Had I been able to reach my keyboard at the time, I probably would have.   Instead, I got off the bike and left the shoes attached.

I also finally looked in my shoe box and discovered that the darn shoes did come with instructions.
