Hey everyone -

Are there any sprints here that are still open? I checked into Lake Lanier's sprint, but it was already full. I'm looking into doing my first Tri before the season closes.

im hitting winnersville (valdosta) this weekend if hurricane hannah dont get there first! and then there is oktoberfest super sprint 9/28 in rome/hiawassee ga with a shorter ride (9 miles).

Are you talking about Emerald Point or the Tri2remember sprint? (they're both at LL) Off the top of my head I can't think of any other races so you could check www.trifind.com and look under the listing for Georgia. (or other states if you're willing to travel) I know there are one or two sprints still to take place along the FL panhandle too.

Emerald Point Sprint is closed to registration, so out of luck with Oct 5. I was going to sneak in the backdoor on this one to close out the season. I waited too long.
