Subject: RE: Olympic Distance Race SuggestionsFirst of all, welcome to BT. It's nice to get some new blood on the board for a change.
One can't really compare times from one course to another anyway so what's the point of finding a course to 'target a fast time'?
Isn't a better measure of performance how you match up against your competetion on a given day on a given course rather than raw time? If you're fast on a given course it's a pretty safe assumption that everyone else will be also.
Turtleman is late in the summer, but doesn't fit your Olympic distance criteria. Your options may be a bit limited by your requirements.
Good luck in your quest and perhaps we'll see you around at some races next summer. |
