Subject: Training plan details

Hi all, I just started training, and I'm following the couch to sprint program.  I have 2 questions:

1.  First 2 weeks I checked the detailed program. Where can I view the detailed program after 2 weeks? If this is not available, am I supposed to follow training same as in the 2 first weeks (same drills just increase volume?)

2. Am I supposed to swim and immidiately run (and same for cycle and then strength /core training) or should I split it to morning and evening sessions (which is probably better but who has the time for that)

It looks like you did import your plan successfully.

I would recommend keeping the workouts apart - unless it is a time issue and you have to do them together.  Though if you don't seem to get tired and it's better for your schedule, you can put them relatively close together.  Just make sure for workouts that you do together, that you are well fueled and hydrated.

Thanks Ron,

One last Q,

Current plan schedule is shifted one day ahead (My week ends at Saturday which is my day off). How can I fix that? I need to re-import the plan or there's an easy way (I understand importing will erase my current data)

Use the handy-dandy Bulk Modification Tool. It can be used to move data around in your training log.

Probably the best way is to go into your 'planned training calendar' and delete the plan (use the copy/move/delete link).

Then re-import like you did origninally but stagger it up one day to co-incide with your day off.  If you imported this originally to coindide with a race (on sunday) we can simply move the last few days of the plan to match your race day.
