Subject: Training plan details Hi all, I just started training, and I'm following the couch to sprint program. I have 2 questions: 1. First 2 weeks I checked the detailed program. Where can I view the detailed program after 2 weeks? If this is not available, am I supposed to follow training same as in the 2 first weeks (same drills just increase volume?) 2. Am I supposed to swim and immidiately run (and same for cycle and then strength /core training) or should I split it to morning and evening sessions (which is probably better but who has the time for that) Thanks |
