Now that the days are getting shorter I find myself planning my workouts (or at least what I'll be wearing) around sunrise and sunset times.  I found this neat web site where you can print out a calendar for your location.

http://www.sunrisesunset.com/

In addition to sunrise and sunset, I have it include "civil twilight" because it gains be another 15-20 minutes of time before it starts getting really dark.

Neat, thanks.  Sure beats paging through days on weather.com.

I use this site all the time. I print out the month, put it on the fridge and check the civil twilight sunrise time so I can decide how early to get my horse saddled up. This morning, the actual sunrise time wasn't until 7:24! I can't wait for the DST change! (BTW, I was on and riding by 7:00 am thanks to sunrisesunset.com)

November 23rd in Phoenix...

Sunrise 7:07

Sunset 5:22

That is going to make the coveted "daytime ironman finish" pretty tough for some folks.

I won't even be close!  I hope to at least be off the bike before the sun goes down.  I guess I won't need to have any sunglasses in my T2 bag.

Very cool!  Garmin 305 does the same thing, but it's not as handy as the computer when I'm planning workouts and doesn't include civil twilight.
