Subject: RE: November ChallengeIf any type of aerobic/resistance training is allowed I'll go for it. Just found out the other day I tore a ham string muscle (in Aug) and the perscription is to rest it, stretch it, and ice it. However I am allowed to do minimal, ie - easy, level running, and non aero position, easy bike riding as well as swimming, and core strength training. Sorry, didn't mean to turn this into a "me" thing.
