Hi There...
Just joined, I am a athlete from the past, who is out of shape and going to be 40 this year, have just committed to complete a sprint tri-athlon in August, as it has been on my list for 10 years. I have an uphill climb, but I am so excited.

Welcome Heather! I grew up in Calgary any my family is still there. I'll be coming back in July to participate in the Burnco Calgary Stampede Marathon and to find some free pancake breakfasts

Go go Heather! I'll have to see how my training goes but I have been looking at some of the Calgary events too. Just take that uphill climb one step at a time and you'll make it.
