At least that's what I'm praying for on the run.2 mile run - Ran NINE minutes w/o stopping over .5 a mile. That felt good. I'm cooking now. Then 15 min bike, 4.12 miles then 800 m swim 19 min 32 sec. Was slow in the pool today, felt like I was swimming in whole milk. I even stopped on a lap and looked at the water to see if it was white! The pool was EIGHTY-THREE FRIGGIN' DEGREES. What is that about????!!!! Uggh. My swimming cap came off at least 3 times. Comedy of errors all around! Trying a new stroke technique that is really helping my speed. So I would have been a lot slower if I hadn't kicked it in at the end. (At least that's what I tell myself! )Happy training days and great races all.Ovetta. |
