Hi Team!

I'm Roni and I'm starting my 3rd season of tri'ing. I'm currently training for a marathon and a HIM, so it should be a big month ahead. I'm starting this month with a rest day, woo hoo! It's a good thing because today I'm traveling back to Pasco, WA from Montana. Plus, my calves are super tight and tender after yesterdays half mary in the snow.

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Hi Robin!!!!

Ah top o the morning to you all . It is a  grand  day .

Paul here looking for another way to burn green beer calories.

I have been a running over the winter but am now easing back into the Triathlon training

with outdoor bike rides and focus on getting some decent freestyle mojo going .

Hi Robin.... Yes, glad to be back with familiar faces! The sprint is just across the road from my house in Duncan at the Middle Tyger YMCA... It's part of the Upstate sprint series.

Alright peeps... I am off to my spin class.

Okay... Found it.

Did my spinning class this morning, because I won't have time to do it tonight.... That was my last hard effort before the 10K race on Saturday... Tomorrow morning swim class and then rest, rest and more rest.

Have a great day everyone.

Do you have a goal time in mind for the 10K ?

I did 32 mins in the pool today , i am a rebel with my plan in terms of what day i do the workouts on.

I ususally swim when the masters are not there ,  so the pool is  a lot  less  crowded ,  1-2 per lane .

But today i went at the same time as the masters  and  it is good to see so many good swimmers .

Like you would see in the front  at a triathlon.
