4 WEEKS AWAY!!!! YAHOOOO!!!

Hope I don't get that sh*tty azz oblique pain again like I did last year...because of that, I didn't get a corral start! BOOO!!!

This year, I'm going to run like the cops are chasing me, see if that works!

I guess the other thread was not official so I'll officially say it, I'm in too.  I'll be trying not to get run over up in the A corral.  I'm not in the shape I was in last year.  Don't know about the after party yet.

Hopefully I'll be ready this year.  Last year I ran 39 minutes, but I had done pretty much no training up til then, and really paid for it after the race.   This year I've decided to start Tri training and at this point in my season its a lot of biking and running.  My goal is to just break 40 again, and hopefully not kill my knees for the rest of the week
