Cinco de Mayo (Spanish for "Fifth of May") is a regional holiday in Mexico, primarily celebrated in the state of Puebla, with some limited recognition in other parts of Mexico (in the US it seems to be an excuse to drink Mexican beer and eat nachos; for me it's a convenient name for a challenge). The holiday commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely defeat of French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of Mexican General Ignacio Zaragoza Seguin. Swim:4 sessions a week (I am certifiable)=16 sessions Bike....think I'll post hours to confuse you--oh, wait that's a state of being for most of us....16 hrs...my Century doubles so I'll be wayyyyyy over Run= 12 sessions this month if you're looking at 2 a days that works out to average 4x a week as a 2 a day. not sure how many bricks....Have I confused you? Good...I confused me too

AS FOR THE ICE DUNK.... its all preventative and part of Tx right now. i had my foot adjusted/cold laser on Wednesday. and i ran today. and i race on Sunday. i have a MORTONS NEUROMA that im trying to 'baby' so i can keep tri'ing. its LOADS OF FUN....NOT! but gotta do what i gotta do to keep doing what i wanna do.  so if its ice dunkings than its ice dunkings. stacieb |

LOL) DEEDERS. yeah. loads of fun. :P gets cranky when i do a lot. damn neuroma. getting a new type of insert for my shoe and getting adjustments at the chiropractor and having cold laser trmts all in attempt to miss out on the JOY of injections and surgery. fingers crossed. as for the post padding, i learned my skills from the master. bowing down, grasshopper. |
