Whoever falls off the bandwagon is a rotten egg.... ?

Just seeing if there is any interest in this. I'd like to start something next Monday.

It depends on what this entails...Logging it, Not being able to eat certain foods..etc...

I need a kick in the pants so I'm up for a challenge.

I really do feel better when I eat healthy so why the draw to the crappy food? I ate healthy yesterday until I was stuck at the office at 8:00 p.m. with no dinner and had Gordetos and Grandma's oatmeal raisin cookies for dinner from the vending machine.
