Subject: RE: *FREE* Tri Specific Boot Camp night at HITFor those of you who missed it, we had a great sample workout tonight!! We were able to provide feedback as to what we really want to work on while there...more core, more speed work, tri specific lifting with a focus on proper form, and stretching. Kelly also talked to us about working on lateral movement, hip strength and stability, etc...things that we don't normally focus on but that make a huge difference in form and power output while biking, swimming or running. We are looking to start the camp in 2 weeks..... Trying to determine which night would work better....Mondays at 6pm, or Tuesdays at 6pm. The camp would be 4 weeks at a time, $20 per session. We need at least 5 people, so we are looking to get at least one more member (LISA!!!!!! JEN and JOSH!!!!) For those of you who missed tonight but still want to see what is about, I am sure you can join us some night for just a one time fee, and then "buy in" if you want to join all the time. Just talk to me about it and I will work with HIT. So Dean, Kim, Mel2, Chris.....all of you who said you were interested.....you can still come see what it is all about and join in. As we know, group training is always fun, and the trainers at HIT are all degreed fitness professionals (they don't just have a personal trainer certificate). They really know their stuff!! Also, if you are looking to get VO2 and body fat %, she will give us a club discount of $100 (It's normally $125). So if you can't attend the camp, but need testing, you can always do that. Also, if you work a weird swing shift every other week or something, you could maybe find some one to buddy with where you attend camp on the alternate weeks.
