Swim is nice, relatively clean clear water. If you swim off the buoy line enough on the way back it's shallow enough to stand if you need to. Don't ask me how I know.
Bike isn't too hilly, unless apparently you're from Illlinois. Heard a lot of people complaining about the hills. We didn't think it was bad at all (I had my fastest bike pace of the year at this race ).
Trail run at the end isn't bad save for a couple of hills.
Wife is talking about doing the sprint this year, if she does I may tag along and do the olympic.

Hi Wisconsin gang....just checking to see if any of y'all will be doing Big Foot 4 weeks from today??? I am a little anxious, because it will be only my 2nd OLY ever...and I am hoping all the time I put in the pool training this season will help.... Anyone do it before? Any tips? Thanks peeps!
