Wet suit neck rash

Yes. Lube generously both on your neck and on the wetsuit neck with a NON-PETROLEUM product like BodyGlide or SportShield roll-on.

another vote for tri-slide, that stuff is super slippery!

Side note...  I never get it with my wetsuit, but got it BAD from my neoprene hoody I wore for alcatraz.  I never wore it for that long before.

Now I have a nice 6" scab/rough area on the back of my neck.  I WISH I had used body glide....

I was sloppy on my race this weekend.

all the body glide in the world does not help when the Velcro tab is not lined up correctly and rubbing your for a 1/2 mile OWS.

I am also tired of explaining road rash 4" x 2" behind the ear and nowhere else.

Same problem here, so I put on bodyglide, and then more bodyglide, really coating the area.

This weekend, I met some guys who put duct tape on that part of their neck. They said the tape hurts coming off, but the quick pain is better than the neck rash.
