What supplements do you take and why.

I just started Fish Oil and Co q-10.  Heard great things about each...

This is a hotly debated subject here...

I would do two things before you start taking any "performance related suplements". Google the specific supplement and try and find objective write-ups on the benefits and dosages. You won't find that on the manufacturer's website.

One manufacturer that does a decent job is Hammer Nutrition. They are trying to sell their products just like everyone else, but I think the resources they provide are pretty solid. When reading anything on the subject, remember to read with a skeptic eye...

Oooh, right.  You are correct sir!

Although I did buy a case of the Dogfish 90 IPA so I could give Dan and Fred their "winnings" from our races, and have tried one of them to see what all the hubbub was about.

Yeah - that's a good one.  Loved it this last weekend when I ordered one and the young waitress corrected my correct pronunciation.

Ahh, Kentucky.

Guinness, Harps, Newcastle, Smithwicks, Black Watch, all good.

I'm thinking it's a Black and Tan weekend since the wife is out of town for an Irish dance competition...

"Come out ye black and tans, come and fight me like a man
show em how you won your medals down in Flanders..
tell 'em how the IRA made you run like hell away
from the green and lovely fields of Killeshandra..."

Ahhh, rebel tunes. Always good for a dustup...

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout... and the 10.6% ABV doesn't hurt either!
