Anyone interested in a long ride heading out early on Saturday am. I am flexible in terms of location  - anywhere except the SCT. Neal, Courtney.... anyone?

I'd join you for sure, but I'm doing the 5K swim that is part og the GA Games.  I assume I'll be riding SUN early if you change your mind.. you know the swim would be great IM training!!!

I'm riding Saturday morning.   I was planning on doing loops in Roswell so I could swing back by the house and get more nutrition anybody is more than welcome to join me.  I was going to start about 7:30.

John, I have been having back issues for the last couple of weeks.  I thought they were gone toward the end of last week, but they came back with a vengance yesterday morning.  I will have to see how my back progresses this week.

Tridawg and I decided to ride 80-100 in Roswell at 7:30 on Saturday.  The pace will be 16-17 and the course is very hilly.  If you would like to join us let me know and I'll shoot you a pm with directions.
